The 2003 Natomas Basin Habitat Conservation Plan (NBHCP) is available for download. Please note it is a large document and download times may be extensive.

In order to minimize download complications, the NBHCP is available for download on a chapter-by-chapter basis. Additionally, graphics and illustrations that go with the 2003 NBHCP are available for download and are listed with “fig” prefixes. Due to potential transmission losses, those viewers wanting official copies of the 2003 NBHCP should contact the Conservancy for a hard copy. This is available for standard photocopy and reproduction costs in keeping with standard City of Sacramento policies on document copies.
