The Board is comprised of  three standing committees: Audit, Finance, and Compensation and Governance. The Board’s work is primarily done through the committees, with committees making recommendations to the full Board for approval. The Board may create special committees as needed by resolution of the Board of Directors.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee oversees the integrity of the financial statements, legal and regulatory requirement compliance, and the performance of the independent auditors. Click here to view the Audit Committee Charter.

Compensation and Governance Committee

The Compensation and Governance Committee oversees matters relating to the composition, effectiveness and organization of the Board and its committees, compensation and benefits policies, performance and compensation of the executive director, succession planning and organization changes.  Click here to view the Compensation and Governance Committee Charter.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee oversees the management of the organization’s financial assets, reviews and recommends approval of an annual operating budget, regularly reviews financial results, and ensures the maintenance of an appropriate capital structure.  Click here to view the Finance Committee Charter.
