1. Call to Order of the Meeting of the Compensation & Governance Committee
The Committee Chair will call the meeting to order if a quorum is present. Announcements may be made at this time.

3. Approval of the minutes
The Committee Chair will request approval of the minutes of the committee meeting of February 3, 2020 and committee Executive Session meeting minutes of June 1, 2020.

4. Employee Handbook update
The Conservancy’s Employee Handbook was last updated on August 7, 2019. This policy is presented for committee review and recommendation to the Board with minor changes and adjustments as suggested by legal counsel with regards to COVID-19.

5. Audit Committee Charter update
The Conservancy’s Audit Committee Charter is presented with minor updates for committee review and recommendation to the Board. The policy was last updated October 2, 2019.
